Preparation of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the field of cultural research, capable of solving scientific problems in the field of cultural science and interdisciplinary research from the standpoint of cultural relativism; to provide teaching of cultural disciplines at the university on the basis of new conceptual and methodological approaches through rational and objective assessment of cultural development, their impact on changing the system of values, behavior patterns, cultural and intercultural communications, traditions and innovations in traditional and modern culture, to carry out scientific research on the problems of cultural anthropology and contemporary cultural studies of modern society based on the involvement of modern information technologies; conduct a comparative analysis of the results of scientific research and theoretical sources, draw up the results of scientific research in the master's thesis, scientific publications
1. Apply interdisciplinary approaches in the study of contemporary cultural problems in the priority areas of research of cultural problems (postmodern, comparative, semiotic, etc.) related to the protection of the cultural heritage of indigenous people;
2. Summarize the results of the analytical and research work in the format of a scientific report, scientific article, information review and analytical report based on the methods of social sciences (content analysis, comparative method, questionnaire, etc.);
3. Participate in the preparation of expert opinions of the current objectives of cultural and cultural anthropological science on the problems of philosophy and theory of culture based on scientific tools (qualitative and quantitative methods, SWOT analysis and comparative studies);
4. Participate in the development of proposals and recommendations for the implementation of the modern models of socio-cultural modernization of regions and the country in order to implement the strategy for the development of Kazakhstan’s social system based on the use of BIG DATA, SPSS programs;
5. Apply the principles and provisions of cultural science for the development of a scientific project and a program for the implementation of its main ideas in order to modernize social and cultural institutions and organizations based on a systematic analysis, survey, interview, and focus group;
6. Systematize the basic principles, provisions and ideas for the programs of planning and organizing the research of actual problems of culture for the practical implementation of educational activities in cultural disciplines in higher education organizations;
7. Сollect empirical data to create a database on the socio-cultural situation in the country, generate scientific knowledge about various cultural phenomena and develop socio-cultural programs of a strategic and tactical nature based on using informational and digital technologies;
8. Critically evaluate current social problems for the provision of consulting services using methods of social modeling, expert analysis, frame analysis, etc.
