formation of experts professional activity of which is directed to scientific research of the world outlook, methodological and valuable problems facing modern society; implementation of educational programs for philosophy in higher educational institutions at the level meeting the adopted standards; on participation in work of governing bodies in the systems of the government, public organizations, commercial structures for scientific information support of their activity.
1. carry out research activity, observing all principles of the academic ethics, and understanding of personal responsibility for the purposes, means, results of scientific work, including assessment of its quality;
2. carry out expert and analytical work on a profile of the specialty and present its results in the form of the reports issued according to the available requirements;
3. integrate scientific knowledge of humanitarian profiles into practice of educational process, cope with difficult questions and take out judgments on the basis of incomplete or limited information taking into account ethical and social responsibility for application of these judgments and knowledge;
4. carry out organizational and coordination and information work in the different public, commercial and government organizations and funds on the basis of practical use the gained profound knowledge in the field of methodology of socio-humanitarian researches;
5. practically to use the gained conceptual and methodological knowledge in the field of philosophy in the organization of research and project works and making independent management decisions;
6. project and carry out the professional, scientific and scientific and pedagogical activity, on the basis of philosophical judgment of modern educational processes;
7. apply fundamental and modern knowledge and methodology of philosophical researches in pedagogical activity of the higher school with use of the innovation and information technologies;
8. represent results of independent scientific research in the selected area in the form of the presentation, reports, article and the thesis for specialists and nonspecialists.
