ON3 analyze the relationship of internal and external factors, causes and consequences of events and phenomena in the international arena, affecting the formation of foreign policy of states, conduct discussions on historical issues for research institutes and centers of the country
ON4 evaluate the main directions of the foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries and will be able to use them in the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, government departments, state authorities and representative offices of Kazakhstan abroad

State structures (ministries, city and district akimats) 3.International organizations and funds 4.Business structures The demand for graduates of educational institutions in the labor market is one of the most important indicators of the effectiveness of education. Close contacts have been established with potential graduate users at the regional and republican levels. The need for specialists in the field of international relations is experienced by state structures, public authorities and administrations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representative offices of Kazakhstan abroad, international institutions and organizations, the media covering issues of international relations, business structures, non-profit and public organizations that maintain international relations or dealing with international issues. In developing the evaluation criteria and selection of competencies of this PLO, an analysis of the requirements of a modern employer for graduates of higher educational institutions was taken into account, first of all: high professionalism, primarily practical training on the profile of the specialty; theoretical knowledge of the specialty; organization; the ability to quickly search and analyze information, interdisciplinary thinking and analysis of incoming information, forecasting and developing solutions focused on the future development of the situation, the ability to substantively and briefly express their thoughts in analytical notes, press releases and other documents. Developing the quality system of the PLO, the department studied and took into account the opinion of government and business structures operating in Kazakhstan (including those employed in knowledge-intensive, innovative industries). The established business contacts of the teachers of the department (including through contacts with graduates of the department) make it possible to carry out continuous monitoring and the necessary correction of the criteria for evaluating the PLO, as well as to attract expert opinion for external evaluation.
