
04.04.24. within the walls of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as part of the fight against legal illiteracy, a guest lecture was held on the importance of the correct drafting of contracts.The invited lecturer was Oruzbayev Aidar Bolotbekovich, senior lawyer and acting arbitrator of the International Arbitration Court at the CCI of the Kyrgyz Republic.The invited speaker elaborated on topics related to the rights and duties of citizens, as well as the most common legal mistakes that people make in everyday life.In particular, during the lecture, special emphasis was placed on understanding and drafting contracts, which is a key aspect of legal literacy. Aidar Bolotbekovich explained in detail the various types of contracts, their legal significance and the consequences of violating contractual obligations. At the guest lecture, students actively asked questions and participated in the discussion of this topic, which allowed them to better understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail when working with contractual documents.This lecture turned out to be very useful and timely for students. She not only expanded their knowledge of law, but also provided practical skills that can contribute to their success in future professional and personal affairs.At the end of the guest lecture, as a sign of appreciation, Oruzbayev Aidar Bolotbekovich was awarded with symbolic gifts and a letter of thanks from the administration of KazNU.He also noted the beneficence of the lecture and expressed a desire to cooperate with KazNU in the future.
