The Center for Accreditation and Institutional Research is a structural unit of the university that coordinates the procedures for accreditation, licensing and quality control of educational programs.

The main functions of the accreditation and licensing service :
• Coordination of licensing procedures , institutional accreditation and specialized accreditation of educational programs ;
• Interaction with international and national accreditation agencies within the framework of institutional and specialized accreditation;
• Planning and implementation of measures for accreditation and licensing of educational programs, making proposals for the university management on the possibility of accrediting new educational programs;
• Submission of applications for institutional and specialized accreditation;
• Advising faculties on improving the quality of educational programs and preparing self-assessment reports for successful accreditation in accordance with European quality standards;
• Conducting consultations and seminars for employees of the faculty and departments on accreditation and licensing issues that are within the competence of the service;
• Accompanying the procedure of external audit of experts of international and national accreditation agencies for external evaluation within the framework of institutional and specialized accreditation;
• Organization of external meetings and interviews of an expert group of accreditation agencies with the leadership of the university, faculty, employers and students;
• Intra-university monitoring and control of the activities of the faculties and departments of the university to implement the recommendations and eliminate comments provided by accreditation agencies;
• Coordination of meetings of experts from different fields of activity, with representatives of research institutes in the framework of international accreditation of educational programs;
The main functions of the quality control service for educational programs :
Quality control of educational programs of the university :
• analysis of the content and quality of educational programs of the university ;
• participation in the work of the commission for consideration of appeals of teaching staff, students about the quality and content of educational programs.
Monitoring the quality of teaching of educational disciplines :
• monitoring and analysis of the quality of teaching of educational disciplines (determination of strengths and weaknesses) ;
• analysis of teaching methodology and innovation in the field of teaching;
• promotion of student-centered learning .
Analysis of the connection between the educational process and production :
• analysis of data on the interaction of the university with the bases of practice ;
• development of recommendations for improving the quality of work on the relationship of the university with the bases of practice.
Analysis of the dynamics of improving the quality of students :
• collection and analysis of data on applicants ;
• collection of data on student performance ;
• analysis of student performance and development of recommendations to improve the quality of students .
Organization and methodological guidance, control of the university testing system (input, current, educational, final) .
Analysis of the results of testing students of the final year of the direction "Pedagogical Sciences" on the Evaluation of Teachers' Knowledge ( PET ) .
Coordination of the work of the Academic Committees on the quality of education and teaching of the faculties.
