ON 1 – Analyze the main patterns of language functioning in synchronic and diachronic aspects, in the field of oral, written and virtual communication.
ON 2 – Interpret the dynamics of language development, the system of methodological principles and techniques of philological research.
ON 3 – Own the necessary linguistic, linguo-didactic, regional knowledge base in the field of Russian as a foreign language in the presence and absence of an appropriate language environment; use the conceptual apparatus of theoretical and applied linguistics, translation studies, linguodidactics and the theory of intercultural communication to solve professional problems.
ON 4 – Conduct a comparative analysis of language material; explain the most difficult cases of Russian grammar and pronunciation in both introductory phonetic and correction courses.
ON 5 – Use theoretical knowledge in the field of semiotics, lexical semantics and cultural studies; to understand the specifics of the Russian mentality on the basis of the conscious perception of the Russian national-cultural and linguistic picture of the world; have certain commenting skills when semantizing texts with national and cultural components; navigate the specifics of intercultural communication.
ON 6 – Have the skills to interpret original theories and models of language acquisition; differentiate between the theory of modular second language acquisition, the theory of algorithmic syntax, the integrative model of non-native language acquisition, and the predicatocentric theory of the second language.
ON 7 – Apply modern methods for assessing the quality of knowledge in Russian as a foreign language (using tests and test technologies), etc.
ON 8 – Operate with communicative strategies and tactics, rhetorical, stylistic and linguistic norms and techniques adopted in different areas of communication; create, edit, abstract, systematize and transform (for example, change the style, genre, target affiliation of the text) all types of texts.
ON 9 – Evaluate language material from the point of view of its potential conflict, be aware of cultural differences, prevent conflict situations in which clashes over ethnic issues are possible.
ON 10 – Freely navigate in modern trends in the digital educational environment, in interactive educational electronic resources, the practice of remote testing; use interactive, gaming, remote, multimedia and other educational technologies.
ON 11 – To carry out communication in oral and written forms in Kazakh, Russian and English to solve the problems of interpersonal, intercultural and professional communication.
