The purpose of the educational program "Economics (International Trade)" is the training of professional academic and teaching staff in the field of economics who have the capabilities of whole consideration and methodological literacy, which are necessary for solving abstract and practical economic problems as well as in theoretical and analytical areas of work. The program is focused on the development of a highly qualified expert person who can: - to understand and explain the methods of analytical activity; - to participate in the preparation and organization of the events of the commercial, investment, production policy of the company in the field of foreign trade and world business; - create, implement and amend methods of analytical activity, the ability to properly understand the various socio-financial, socio-political and exorbitant situations; - investigate and summarize statistical sampling according to the main macroeconomic indicators in order to create a linear model and trend; - to give a forecast of the position of the country and / or region, to assess the studied model of increase in accordance with the hypotheses (H1 and H0) that were assumed to be reliable and unreliable in order to achieve adequacy in the model. The program was invented on the basis of the competence-based model of training experts, which guarantees the need for a labor market and the conditions of employers. This model involves the presentation of the core competencies of graduates, their degree of preparedness and readiness to perform certain special functions.
ON1. use the methods of analytical activity to consider the economies, the nuances of the work of various organizational and legal configurations, the state; explore and predict the formation of socio-economic actions in the world, in the sphere, based on their monitoring; discover and use the relationship of economic and legal phenomena in the work; use the key patterns of formation and the basis for the functioning of the concepts of economic security of subjects.
ON2. argue the strategy of providing economic security for companies and institutions;
to assess the nature of cyclicality as well as the general form of economic dynamics and the system of "maturing" of economic decline;
compare statistical and economic documentation with the aim of implementing research of strategic, and timely projects of organizations to establish competitive positive aspects;
ON3. create suitable trends in the company's investment work, diversify it, in order to simulate economic results;
to assess key directions in shaping the international and state economy and to study the results of the adopted administrative conclusions, to take part in organizing and conducting commercial, investment, and production policies of the company in the field of foreign trade and international business;
ON4. explore statistical and economic documentation to explain changes in the economy in a complete or single area, using the economic-mathematical model;
evaluate the investment work of the company using static and dynamic methods of evaluating investments in order to adopt effective strategies and increase competitiveness;
calculate economic indicators that determine the work of subjects on the basis of standard methods and a functioning regulatory framework;
ON5. Explore, classify and apply various lists of data sources in order to carry out financial and economic calculations, without the help of others, use paper processing methods, accumulate data in synthetic and analytical accounting registers, create statistical, tax and financial reports;
apply methods of assessing and modeling economic indicators that determine the position and the formation of the economic concepts under consideration;
ON6. To summarize and skeptically evaluate the results acquired by Russian and foreign scientists, to detect and carry out the study of important academic difficulties, to argue the abstract and factual importance of the chosen problem of academic study; compare and compare the created modifications of the monitoring according to the financial increase of the state or the sale of the company's product in order to establish ways to improve;
ON7. argue on the basis of consideration the strategy of action of subjects of economic work in different sectors of the internal and external markets at the long-term, medium-term and short-term stages; apply single abstract models to tasks of a specific plan; to use models for the purpose of scenario modeling of the formation of economies of a metropolis and region and the execution of empirical estimates according to this information;
ON8. to distinguish between multifunctional and possible properties of economic resources and the conditions required for the actions of the economic activity; explore the dynamics of economic characteristics and adapt them to the current state of the economy and the effectiveness of the introduction of the latest technical and technological processes; illustrate skills with informative resources, educational and reference literature in accordance with national and economic security;
ON9. to classify the rapid economic information required to make correct administrative conclusions as a household, and also by company to counter threats and dangers; reveal the similarities and differences of investments in small companies and in the shares of companies; select attractive investments in the course of financing; evaluate labor to attract investments for the formation of the company;
ON10. use the technology of preparing initial information to perform an econometric analysis; use modern industrial resources and informative technological processes to resolve analytical and research problems; select instrument resources for processing economic information in accordance with the established problem, study the results of calculations and justify the acquired conclusions;
ON11. to apply in the actual work a variety of activities in accordance with the stimulation of attracting investments and to establish an indicator of investment attractiveness; use a variety of combinations to clarify the progress of contracting, to compare a variety of institutional structures; explain political and economic difficulties when considering certain situations and macroeconomic orientations, present methods for their resolution and evaluate the results; to explore and argue the country's economic policy.
ON12. apply knowledge of the economic security of the company, explore the conditions of economic existence; to argue their own point of view on improving the economic capital of an economic entity in oral and written configurations in Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages in order to resolve the problems of professional work; manage the team in the field of commerce, capturing the social, religious differences and the historical heritage of the country.
