9. practice diagnostic studies of important socio-pedagogical characteristics of the individual and the team; socio-pedagogical mechanisms for managing group phenomena and processes, the activities of social services of educational organizations;
10. conduct research in the field of digital generation and e-education, put forward conclusions and suggestions for applied application.
