The purpose of EP is to train specialists, who are able to analyze internal and external possibilities of education system and indicate potential needs of educational stakeholders, estimate political and economic possibilities and risks of project managing in different spheres of education, provide administration the necessary data on the strategic planning, project/program modelling, evaluation of effectiveness of investment in project/program, realize the monitoring of project/program quality.
1. Designing management activities based on the analysis of factors of self-development and self-organization of the educational system;
2. Diagnosing the state of the educational organization as the basis for constructing a program for its development;
3. Develop methods, forms, techniques, means of managing general education programs and monitor their results;
4. Designing software and methodological support for general education programs; plan and design the educational process, classes and study cycles, taking into account the requests of students and parents, the level of preparedness of students, their age and individual characteristics;
5. Using regulatory legal acts, psychological, pedagogical and organizational-methodological foundations of educational process management organization, documents regulating the school’s innovative activity, taking into account the analysis of modern requirements for the construction of the educational environment, the principles of its construction;
6. To developing indicators and quality indicators for evaluating programs, textbooks and training materials for comparing and analyzing its regulatory, resource, staffing;
7. Choosing and apply effective leadership technologies to achieve organizational goals and develop personal leadership qualities;
8. To systematizing and generalizing domestic and foreign methodological experience in modeling educational space for the preparation of continuing education programs for employees of their organization;
9. Organizing the preparation and conducting of a business conversation; holding a meeting, presentations, organize public speaking, negotiation process, including using modern means of communication and a foreign language; draw up documents of internal and external correspondence;
10. Managing changes in the educational process and timely make corrective amendments to educational plans;
11. Organize an effective labor process by identifying and designing programs for the development of personnel potential of the organization of education;
12. Mastering various methods of resolving conflict situations in communications based on modern personnel management technologies.
